All bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment and written confirmation from TheSparkyDivine.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Advance payments are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details, including date, time, venue, and contact information. Any last-minute changes may incur additional charges.
6. Health & Allergy Disclosure
Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before the service. TheSparkyDivine is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
7. Service Results
Service results may vary depending on individual skin type, hair type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
8. Photography & Portfolio
TheSparkyDivine may use photographs or videos of completed work for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise before the service.
9. Travel & Additional Charges
Travel, accommodation, parking, or other additional expenses (if applicable) will be communicated in advance and are payable by the client.
10. Force Majeure
TheSparkyDivine is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, videos, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of TheSparkyDivine and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
12. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may harm the website or its reputation.

17. Direct Booking with Freelance Partners
TheSparkyDivine works with independent freelance beauty professionals. If a client directly books any freelancer introduced through TheSparkyDivine without our knowledge or involvement, such engagement shall be treated as a private arrangement. TheSparkyDivine will not be responsible or liable for any service issues, disputes, payments, damages, or claims arising from such direct bookings.
